With an accumulated experience of more than 20 years in the preparation of demand Due Diligence, sector studies and feasibility analysis of real estate projects, infrastructures and public facilities aimed at financial entities and public and private developers.

Since July 2016, Gema has been a founding partner of Antica Partners.

Gema began her professional career at Arthur Andersen in 1997 in the Services division. He was Senior Manager of the Strategy and Operations Consulting area in the Public Sector and Real Estate divisions at Deloitte.

In April 2006, she joined Ambers Co Real Estate Services as head of the Consulting Area, and subsequently, as of 2011, was a partner in charge of the Infrastructure business line of Akerton Partners.

Gema has a degree in Business Administration and Management from the University of Castilla La Mancha and a Master's in Auditing and Business Analysis from the Complutense University of Madrid.

Laura Muñoz Gutierrez

With more than 15 years of experience in the preparation of demand Due Diligence, sector studies and feasibility analysis of real estate projects, infrastructures and public facilities aimed at financial entities and public and private developers.

Laura has been a founding partner of Antica Partners since July 2016.

Laura began her professional career at Deloitte, doing consulting and technical assistance work in the fields of strategy, business and process analysis and modernization of organizations.

At the beginning of 2008, he joined Ambers Co Real Estate Services as a senior consultant in the Consulting Area, and subsequently, starting in 2011, he was manager of the Infrastructure business line of Akerton Partners.

Laura has a degree in Law and Business Administration and Management from the Carlos III University of Madrid.
